Approximately 14,500 people in the Livingston County go to bed hungry every night. A large number of these people live in Brighton. St. George has a special ministry with a goal of being part of the solution for bringing hunger to an end in Livingston County. We distribute food and additional items provided by local community merchants and area churches every Friday and Saturday of each month. Distribution will take place on Fridays, 4 – 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am – 12 noon. A FREE breakfast is served on Saturdays, 8am – 11am. Park in the church parking lot, come in through the back door entrance and follow the signs. An elevator is available for those who struggle with stairs. Qualifications for coming to the food pantry are that you are in need of food. If you are hungry we will feed you. We are servicing the Brighton and Whitmore Lake area.

We also bring with us donated clothing to pass out to those in need.
